The proximity to surf art camps is perfect and the surroundings are beautiful.

Useful base for a 1-night stay. Amicable and really helpful staff with a good portion of humor. Well-kept and spacious rooms with amazing views of the ocean. Great location close to port, easy to get around. And really close to the ocean, Close to restaurants and Beach Island for many years now. Such great stay, as always🙂

The rooms here come with a bathroom and a full kitchen, which is very convenient.

The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with a hairdryer and bathroom, we had a great time here; the location of this place is fantastic, being close to the port made it even more enjoyable.

beach island resort was even better than our previous stay in cocoa beach. the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the location was beautiful. waking up right on the beach was a dream come true, and my kids loved all the activities available for them. we will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Had a great time at this old Florida style motel over Easter! Loved the laid-back atmosphere and cool 50's vibe. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and we enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves. The kids had a blast with all the pool floats, boogie boards, and balls provided by the hotel. It was a nice bonus not having to pack all those things!

The only downside was that the room we stayed in was a bit small for our family of four. We managed to make it work, but next time we'll definitely book a bigger room in advance.

We got great value for our money at this cute little motel on the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea.
